Beauty of the Beautiful Mind

We meet hundreds of people in a week and almost met thousands in our life, but there are just a few of them from which we get inspired and wants to be just like them. So today I am going to give you those tips and moral codes which are adopted or part of those personalities from which you get inspired. By adopting or making these tips, you would surely become the one from which people get inspired and make your life beautiful too.


They are passionate about their goals because they have a crystal clear vision. They know about their strengths and weaknesses, obviously not the common ones. They have the spark and they use it to make fire. Great people work on themselves to find their inner skill, master it and show it to the world.

Spread Positivity:

“Be with someone who brings out the best in you. Not the stress in you”

That’s the habit of the people having a beautiful mind which sustains their ability.
They ignore the distress and try to keep themselves away from discouraging objects. They make their surroundings positive and make them beautiful. They keep the company of their likings and people with same thoughts. They spread and cultivates positivity.

Prepare themselves:

People who have done great are those who are the most ambitious and innovative. They don’t copy others, in fact, they come up with their own new and creative ideas.
Most of you would say that they are GOD GIFTED 0r lucky. Well, I don’t agree much with you on this, because it's not the case every time.

There are so many examples people who were not brilliant enough first but gradually they invest in themselves to be brilliant and to compete with the GOD gifted ones.

If you’re not going to invest in yourself, what will you invest in then?

Ambitious people get their motivation from their ideal and start doing by themselves.They educate themselves and update their knowledge on a regular basis so that they could not be in the stream of losers.

People with beautiful mind have another beautiful and powerful skill which is their 'confidence’. They are self-confident, intelligent and ambitious. Confident people always excel in every field. They take risks and face the failure (if they fail).

Inspiring Attitude:

Beautiful minds inspire others. People having a beautiful mind are always helping and they try to enlighten the ones who need their guidance. They appreciate the work of others and give them the credit, in spite of discouraging them or letting them down. They inspire others with their attitude and charisma.

Listen to Others:

They think people as the greatest source of knowledge. Because no one knows where the next great idea will come from. So they listen to them, encourage them and give them proper feedback where or when required.

Forgive Anyway:

People with beautiful mind keep another ability, that is to forgive. How worse the scenario becomes, they ignore the negative and forgive.

Great people know that there are situations with everyone when they do something to others which they shouldn’t. They realize that there would be something bad in others life, and which they are unable to handle. So they forgive, (either that person apologizes or not) and move on.

How to Let the Pessimism Go....

One of the most powerful habits that I’ve picked up in the past couple of months is to think in a more optimistic and constructive way.
It makes life feel lighter and not so burdensome. It opens up new paths towards where you want to go and it helps you to more easily overcome setbacks (and often get something good out of them).
You’ll feel less worried and sorry for yourself and more motivated to keep trying to achieve your goals.
But how do you adopt this habit?
Well, learning to think in a more positive way may sound a bit vague so in this week’s article, I am breaking down it into 5 practical tips and smaller habits that you can start using today and can change your life.

1. Start replacing the negativity in your surroundings and life.

What you let into your mind during your regular day will have a big effect on how you think and feel.
So start questioning what you let into your mind.
You can do that by asking yourself, and when you come up with the answer, start working on finding their solutions.
Do it by reading some novel, motivational blog or listening to your favourite music and so on.

2. Work out regularly.

Most of you have heard that 'a healthy body has a healthy mind'.When I have a tough time thinking myself out of negative thoughts then a short 20-30 minute walk with free mind helps me to clear the mess going in my mind.
It is the time that helps me releasing so many inner tensions, worried feelings and makes me prepared to face the next upcoming challenges.

3. Deal with the Rejection.

Everyone has faced rejection or failed in his/her life. The actual question is how to deal with those rejections.I too face rejections most of the time and sometimes I get tired or feel down but something gives me courage and I want to share a quote with you guys which boosts my motivation and help me to face the rejection.

4. Share it.

'Problem gets divided when shared'.So when I have some problem going in my mind, I share it with my friends or family for their guidance and mostly I come up with a solution.

5. Let it Go.

The last and most important solution is to 'Let it Go'.if after trying and thinking over too much on the same problem gets you not the solution, then put it there and just let it go.Let the time to do its work and you will surely find a way to deal with the problem in a proper way.

Ways to be Happy and Productive

I was one of those people that when asked what they want in life, would say, “I just want to be happy…”
Here’s are some ways, I use now to be happy:

Create a Life you Love

While most people would argue having a life you love will make you happy, I would argue that happiness will help you to create a life you love.
Make your life as you dream it to be.You are the writer of your own life book.

Don't take things so Seriously

“You wouldn’t worry so much about what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do.”

Life is not easier for anyone of us these days so be calm and find a way out to handle the situation you are in.Don't be jealous to see someone who is smiling and chilling around.Everyone has his own problems.One can't remain happy if he/she takes everything seriously or takes too much stress.The best solution for this is to find a way to relax, breathe and think about your options and then you would find a best optimal solution to your problem.

Make Friends

Friends,Happy,EnjoyFriends are a gift of nature and good friends are a truly rare gift.Friends are the companions you have in your life either for a time or a lifetime.Friends are the guys with whom you could share your worries and you could get a solution. Go with them to enjoy life and to take some break from the hectic routine life.

If you can't find one good enough then be one.Well, talk to your friends, share their problems and help them to find a solution to their problems.

Stay Busy

Relax,BusyYou would probably be thinking how someone stays happy while staying busy, right?You might be right as of how one could stay happy doing something very important.Well, the answer lies in the nature of work you are doing.if it's boring and needs a lot of mental exercises, it would be boring or rather leads you to stress or even depression, in case it's not working your way.But when the work or task is of your interest or about which you are passionate then time will fly and you would be happy, productive and frantic.You will enjoy the work ignoring all the negative thoughts away from your mind.

Consider your Experience as treasure

What is a treasure for you?Do you treasure yourself with money, buying new gadgets or some new luxury item in your possession?The good point here is that you value something, so just think for a moment which of these items will go with you in your whole life?Obviously, the answer is 'None'.So why not treasure yourself with something which you could carry with yourself everywhere.
ExperienceIn my opinion,'Experience' is the thing you should treasure yourself with, focusing on your strengths, and come over on your weaknesses and progress in life.Experience is the tool you will carry with yourself throughout your life whatever the situation is.You will feel happy that you have your tool with you.You are hopeful and you're no more dependent on others.You can learn something every time you do something.

Eat Healthy & Smart

Every one of you must have heard the saying i.e."A healthy body has a healthy mind".So you should stay healthy for better life and do things in a timely manner.Most of us take meals three times a day and eat a lot. Most of the time it's junk food which is not healthier. According to a research, you should eat smartly.The way to do it is simple, just break your meals per day more than 3 times a day and drink at least 10 glasses of water to keep yourself hydrated which would ultimately make you more progressive/productive.

Get enough sleep:

It’s troublesome to overdraw the importance of sleep to increase your mental strength. After you sleep, your brain removes carcinogenic proteins. Sadly, your brain will take away them adequately solely whereas you’re asleep, therefore after you don’t get enough sleep, the carcinogenic proteins stay in your brain cells, wreaking mayhem by impairing your ability to think—something no quantity of caffeine will fix.

How to Live Happy

Today I will share how to make life easy and live it with happiness.
Here are some major key points, pick any one of them, you will find happiness and how to be happy and live a happy life.

Be what YOU are:

It is very important to know yourself i.e. Your strengths, your weakness, your interests, what you like and what you dislike.
Everyone in this universe has his/her own individuality with which he/she lives.

So never ever compare yourself with others.If you do so, you are dishonoring yourself.So believe in yourself, in your strengths and you will be happy and would achieve whatever you try for.

Surround Yourself with Positive Thoughts:

The next important thing to be happy or to find happiness is to surround yourself with positive thoughts.The most simple way of achieving this is by surrounding yourself with Positive people.People who are encouraging and with the same school of thoughts as you are.

Be Optimistic and Grateful:

Pessimism can only lead you towards anger, distress, and disappointment. You will be ungrateful for what you have in life and lose their importance.It will limit your strengths, abilities and fill your mind with negative thoughts.
Optimistic approach is the key to find happiness. You should be thankful for what gifts GOD or nature has bestowed upon you.Start it with your own self in the morning by reminding your mind that it would be a great day ahead and you will see that your day would be great.Our body obeys the mind and mind work on our thoughts.if we could control our thoughts we could achieve our goals.
A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty."

Turning Negative into Positive:

Be Positive,Think PositiveTo find happiness, you must have a positive attitude and that comes from positive thoughts.So you must control your mind to think positive by continuously forcing it to think positive.Your inner critic may be one of biggest obstacles in your way of that. If you make a mistake or fail, if someone criticizes you or if you are just getting tired then that small inner voice can become louder and louder and keep you down.

"I never Loose, Either i win or i learn"

Your approach should always be positive.You must try to turn the negative into positive.You could achieve this by saying a big 'NO' to those negative thoughts which come into your mind.Rerouting your thoughts will lead you to the path of happiness.

Find time for your Own self:

Always find time for your own self. Nowadays, life is so hectic and busy that one can't find enough time for his/her self.So try to save some time for yourself from the 24 hours of your daily schedule.
Here are some ideas which would help you in this matter.

  • Ask question to yourself that how can I live happily?What must I do to stay happy?
  • Before you are going to sleep, spare 5-10 minutes of your time on just concentrating on yourself, think about your whole day activity i.e. what positive things you did?what goals you had achieved and what made you happy today or by just thinking about the future that what could make you happy?
  • Moreover, forgive everyone before you sleep, as it will not change others but it will give you satisfaction and comfortable sleep.
  • Best idea is to do a little walk, talking with your own self 
  • You should find a hobby for yourself such as 'reading, exercise, join an educational class, join some social group of your interest' etc

Manage Your STRESS:

How to be happy

Manage your stress by keeping things simple.There is a rule to deal with problems.i.e. "Divide & Conquer".So according to this, divide your big problem into small ones and focus on them.

Learn from your previous experience.After solving small problems ultimately your whole problem would be solved.

There is a Chinese saying that goes:

“If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap. If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody.”

Happiness is found in helping others.For it is in giving that we receive, right?

Make them Happen:

Set your goals and start to struggle to make them happen. Achieving your goals or dreams needs passion, time and hard work.If you think that you could do that and you have the passion then you will surely achieve your goals and trust me you will be so excited, happy after achieving them. And your confidence will instantly boost up. So are you ready to make them happen?
